I typically sell candles to sales reps at wholesale prices, then they in turn sell them to customers at retail prices.  You will be treated as an independent, separate company (not an employee) and will be responsible for collecting and paying sales taxes and reporting income/loss on your taxes - I can explain how this works to you and it's really not hard to do at all.  Being in business for yourself allows you to deduct reasonable expenses from your profit, including business cell phone usage, Internet usage, office supplies, postage, mileage, etc.
